We do not use customer data for marketing, profiling, or resale purposes.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data. However, we may disclose limited personal information (name and phone number) under the following circumstances:

DeveloperTech.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate API access if a sub-merchant fails to meet these obligations.

Data Retention

We retain minimal customer data only for as long as necessary to:

  • Fulfill the operational purposes for which it was collected

Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
