API access is granted solely for legitimate and approved business purposes, as outlined during the onboarding and registration process.
Each API key is subject to specific Transactions Per Second (TPS) limits and daily usage quotas. Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, or circumvent these limits is strictly prohibited.
You may not use DeveloperTech.net’s APIs for any of the following activities:
Merchants are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their API keys. Any suspected breach, unauthorized access, or compromise must be reported to DeveloperTech.net immediately.
DeveloperTech.net reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or permanently revoke API access, without prior notice, in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of this policy.
DeveloperTech.net retains the right to audit API usage logs and related activities to ensure compliance, maintain platform security, and investigate suspicious behavior.
